Who reviews incident reports — where a report from the field is routed the moment it is submitted
The client's default reviewer
The designated HR or head-of-safety person who triages what comes in from the field. Every worksite falls back to this unless it names somebody of its own.
A shared mailbox is often the better answer than one person's inbox — it survives a holiday. The message itself carries no injury detail and no names; the detail stays behind the link.
Per-worksite overrides — optional — a site with its own safety lead routes there first
A contractor running four jobsites usually has a safety lead on each one, and routing every report through the head office is how they get read three days late. A worksite that names anybody here takes that answer whole — it never half-inherits the client default, because a message addressed to one person and delivered to another is worse than either answer on its own.
