How this is calculated. Commission is earned on money EHM has actually collected — an invoice counts only once it is marked paid, never when it is merely issued. The commissionable base is the monthly base fee plus the active-user charges on that invoice.
Per-launch course fees are excluded. Those cover what EHM pays the content vendor for each course taken, so they are not EHM's margin to share.
The rate is recorded on each entry when it is created, so a later change to a partner's rate never alters commission already earned.
